Credit Card (Supports Domestic and International Visa, Master, JCB)
After selecting "Credit Card" and submitting your order, you will be redirected to the 3D Secure authentication page. The transaction uses end-to-end security encryption, and your credit card information will not be stored on our website, so you can pay with confidence! Please follow the on-screen instructions to enter your details in order. Do not navigate away from the page to avoid order invalidation.
Apple Pay
Please ensure Apple Pay is set up on your mobile device. You can complete the checkout on an iPhone using the credit card linked to your Apple Pay.
LINE Pay
Selecting "LINE Pay" on a mobile device will directly redirect you to the LINE Pay payment page. If you are on a desktop browser, you will need to log in to LINE and scan the QR code to proceed with checkout.
JKOPAY
Selecting "JKOPAY" on a mobile device will directly redirect you to the JKOPAY payment page. If you are on a desktop browser, you will need to log in to JKOPAY and scan the QR code to proceed with checkout.
ATM Bank Transfer
Selecting "ATM Bank Transfer" will redirect you to NewebPay, which will generate a virtual account number for your transfer. Payment must be completed within 3 days of placing the order. If the transfer is not completed within this timeframe, the system will automatically cancel the order.
Note: Each virtual account number is for single-use payment only. If you make a transfer error, please contact customer service.
Note: When using "ATM Bank Transfer," please ensure the transferred amount matches the exact order total. Overpayment or underpayment may prevent the system from automatically verifying your order, resulting in shipping delays.

Shipping Information
In-stock items will be processed and shipped within approximately 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed and payment is completed.
Once shipped, orders are expected to arrive within 1–3 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules and destination areas.
To prevent live plants from staying in transit warehouses over the weekend, shipments are only dispatched from Monday through Thursday.
Delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. No deliveries are scheduled on weekends.
Shipping may be delayed during peak holiday seasons or due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).
Home Delivery: Actual delivery details depend on the driver's route schedule.
Store Pickup: Please look out for the delivery SMS notification and collect your parcel within 7 days of arrival. Unjustified failure to pick up items will result in shipping costs being charged to the customer.
